Lopaka Posted September 23, 2009 Share Posted September 23, 2009 I went to fill out an RMA and the model of my RAM CMX256A-3700PT is not in the drop-down window. I have 4 sticks of this exact same RAM that I ordered on two different occasions (TWIN-X packs). The two that I am trying to send back give me a "no post, no boot" result. BUT when I plug in the other two (in the same DIMM slots) the computer boots up fine. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

"I went to fill out an RMA and the model of my RAM CMX256A-3700PT is NOT in the drop-down window". I can't use the "online RMA request form" becuase there is not an option listed for my model of RAM....CMX256A-3700PT. What do I need to do?
