Problems with my 8gb flash drive

I tried to access this case # without any luck. Did you type it in incorrectly? I would try creating a new case# as this one seems to be a bit old.

 

 

 

Let's get it replaced, please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace it. Be sure to check the box that says “I've already spoken to Technical Support and/or RAM Guy.”

But it works for me, i see the case, my personal data, typing its number in the blank spaces here:

Of course i can create new case but i've already sent my pendrive to the Corsair residence in the Nederlands with the case number I gave you. Maybe this is the problem because of which i have no answer and I still dont have my usb memory replaced - I see this case and you don't.

 

I didnt give the RMA number - it's RMA #1113163
