melbourne47
I accidentally broke the 1 of the prongs of my power cable... i think it was the grounding prong... my friends say it would still work without it... but i have doubts... so I'm asking if I can request for a new Power Cable... thanks... melbourne47
Ram Guy, You emailed me that I can use a generic 3 prong power connector bought from most computer stores for my corsair HX620.... But I read something from the manual that when I use other 3 prong power connectors the warranty would be voided... correct me if I'm wrong... is it really ok to use other 3 prong power connectors? Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted August 24, 2009 Corsair Employee Share Posted August 24, 2009 I would suggest you to get the replacement power cable from us. it is possible that some power cables are smaller gauge cable and may not suitable for our PSU.
