The usb drive worked like a charm for the first couple of days until tonight. as soon as hooked it up tonight i started getting the USB CANNOT BE RECOGNIZED thing. I tried to connect the usb drive tonight to multiple computers and multiple operating systems to no avail. I was wondering what the policy / steps I have to take so that I can get a replacement for my drive. Operating system: WINDOWS XP SP2 Tried it on Windows xp SP1 WINDOWS XP SP2 WINDOWS VISTA thanks!
