hurl1985
I built my rig approximately 6 months ago and i wouldn't say it's been totally 100% stable but usually it would only BSOD or just freeze totally when playing games so put it down to issues with the gfx cards / drivers. Anyway, I've been trying to improve this stablility over the last week or so (updating BIOS, drivers etc) and yesterday I ran memtest86+ v2.11 overnight (I actually had to start it twice because it froze the first time after 20 minutes). So, after coming back to my computer this morning I was presented with the following: http://www.atms64.dsl.pipex.com/memtest%20results.jpg Does the two failing addresses which are repeating mean that two of my CM3X2G1600C9DHX RAM sticks are faulty and need replacing? Are these errors likely to be the cause of the issues while gaming? Any help would be appreciated. Cheers!
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted April 20, 2009 Corsair Employee Share Posted April 20, 2009 Please test the modules one at a time at their tested settings to be sure it is not some other issue.
