Gns
Hello i have just bought this psu and i noticed that when i connect my hard drives in one of the two cables that provides 4 sata connectors they don't work at all but when i connect them to the other cable it's just fine. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 24, 2009 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 24, 2009 Sounds like there may be a bad cable/connector. If you can get away with just using a different cable then that would be the quickest fix, but if you would rather have the PSU replaced, we can do that for you. Just use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace it. Be sure to check the box that says “I've already spoken to Technical Support and/or RAM Guy.” You have a 5 year warranty on the PSU, so you have plenty of time to decide if you would like to have it replaced.
