Hi all,


I'm having issues with this device on several machines, which is why I'm posting here thinking that my drive might be on the way out.


Everytime I plug the device in, I'm told that it needs a scan disk check. Every time I run a scan disk check, it fails half way through.


I am unable to run a format, as the device keeps turning its self 'on/off' whilst plugged in (i.e. drive icon keeps appearing/disappearing and the auto run feature keeps popping up).


I have tried the drive in 5 different machines, all running various flavours of Windows.


How do I go about sending the device back for checking or is there anything I can do my end to sort the issue out?
