Mystics Posted November 6, 2008 Share Posted November 6, 2008 Hi, I have a CM2X1024-8500C5D kit and have tested the memory modules one by one with Memtest86+. The first module is working fine but the other one produces many errors, please see attached screenshot. I think I have to send in both memory modules? Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted November 6, 2008 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 6, 2008 Make sure the memory voltage set set manually to 2.1 volts and if you still have the same problems then we will want to replace the pair for you. Please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace them. Mystics Posted November 6, 2008 Author Share Posted November 6, 2008 Hi, thanks for your fast reply. Hm, the label and SPD/EPP information says 2.2 volts, so I used Memtest86+ with 2.2 volts.
