Click
My little plastic fell out from between the aluminum housing and the male usb connector(should have been epoxied but was loose from the factory). The usb connected has a tendancy to bend up or down if enough pressure is placed on it. Is there a way to get a replacement support ring?

Click
Would it be possible to just have the little ring shipped? The flash drive works fine and I really con't go with out it for a week. I have also recieved replacements that were in less than stellar shape when I last RMA-ed a product.. Click
I sent an RMA as you said and I checked my status. It said "Defective Parts Not Yet Received". I believe that they want me to send them something, but all i need is a new ring. What should I do?
