Twin2X1024-5400C4 675MHz problem with setting 4-4-4-12 timings on GA-M56S-S3 Gigabyte

Hi Dear Forum Community!

 

I have problem with setting timings for my Twin2X1024-5400C4 675MHz on Gigabyte GA-M56S-S3 motherboard.After mounting Corsair on motherboard bios default settings looks like that:

I've changed default timigs (5-5-5-15) to 4-4-4-12 like on photo below

but after changing settings in bios , cpu-z is showing me something diffrent (it shows timings 4-4-4-18 (?)). Can anybody tell me why and how to change that?

DDR2 Voltage is set to *auto*

I have no idea whats going on and I would appreciate any help.Thank you ;) (pardon for my poor eng)

Memories are in DDRII_1 and DDRII_2 slots.

The Command Rate should be set to 2t and the memory Voltage should be set to +.2 Volts and that should solve that issue.
