dedandy Posted January 14, 2008 Share Posted January 14, 2008 I have asus k8n-dl with dual amd opteron 270 and 4 cm72sd1024rlp-2700/s modules....and with xp 64 bit corsair say: tcl 2.5 trcd 3 trp 3 tras 7 timing 2T i set this param on bios and when I'm launching PC on the bootstrap screen say ddr 400 2.5-3-3-7-1T ... then everytime I go on bios timing is changed on 1T .... And Other.... My friend have the same PC (we both togheter at the same time), he has the same mother, the same processor, the same OS and the same memory His setting are 2.5-3-3-6-1T .... He say that work ok :bigeyes: now just my question: what are the right setup for my machine?!?.... and is possible to set up more accurate value to have best and the top performances?! thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted January 14, 2008 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 14, 2008 Command Rate is not really a memory setting and would be dependent on the make and model of MB and PSU and the specific CPU you have installed. You might look this setting up on Techarp and get a better explanation. I would suggest it be set to 2t for that platform for best stability!
