Sent back memory in Aug - no update since

Hi. I sent some Corsair memory back in Aug 2007 with an RMA after filling in the online form. I received an email to say that it had been received and another saying that it was being looked at. I've heard nothing since!

 

It's difficult for me to phone Corsair as I'm not in the USA. Please could you investigate?

I just spoke to the Supervisor on Customer Service and they are going to send you one set of Twinx2048-3200C2 modules ASAP. Should go out today I am not sure how long it will take and they tried to call but could not get to you on the phone.
