ShadeZeRO
Hey, I have a pair of TwinX DDR550 (Basically 2x512-4400C25PT XMS4404v1.1). Previously they were working fine, and currently, they do not allow my computer to POST properly. I have tried with other known working sticks, and my computer boots up fine. I am unable to get to memtest86 due to the fact my computer will not even boot properly with these sticks anymore.
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted November 29, 2007 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 29, 2007 Remove the battery on the motherboard for about 10 min, reset the CMOS and then test each module individually in the slot closest to the CPU. If the modules are still not posting and you have other memory which allows the system to boot, then lets get both your modules replaced. Please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace them.
ShadeZeRO
I've only been using individual sticks since I started having problems, it would not post either way. I tried ram from another computer, and it boots perfectly fine now. I did fill out an RMA request. Thank you!
