I ask because I finally received an actual RMA number when calling customer service, but am still waiting for them to send me an e-mail with details. Can I just ship my HX620 to the address listed in the "sticky": After you've gotten your RMA approved. Or is the address/info posted there just for memory modules??? What is your Case #? I called and did get an RMA#... was told to wait for e-mail with details on where to ship, etc... still waiting.
