Hey RAMGUY!!!!

 

Does this apply to the Power Supplies as well?

I ask because I finally received an actual RMA number when calling customer service, but am still waiting for them to send me an e-mail with details.

 

Can I just ship my HX620 to the address listed in the "sticky": After you've gotten your RMA approved.

 

Or is the address/info posted there just for memory modules???

You will want to wait until you receive your RMA# and shipping instructions from our RMA department before shipping your PSU. What is your Case #?

 

I called and did get an RMA#... was told to wait for e-mail with details on where to ship, etc... still waiting.
