cheriodone Posted July 29, 2007 Share Posted July 29, 2007 Computer was built this January. Pieced together an ASUS P5W DH Delux with a Core 2 Duo E6600 and 2 GB CORSAIR XMS2 6400. My video card is the ASUS x1950 256M , but I wonder it's a factor/problem of the production. I have exchanged my memory from the seller by three times but now it's beyond the warranty they have appointed and I think I need the RMA.but the problem is I had lost all the label I think that's not my fault,because all the memories I had changed have the same problem and I put a scotch tape on the last one I has changed.It's still lost a little....and the one which lost all lable is one of the first two I have.I just want to know whether I can still have RMA or not as it's not my mistake or just what I have is a fake.
