verydissapointe Posted July 19, 2007 Share Posted July 19, 2007 I returned my Natalus 500 to corsair's RMA dept. after a pump failure with only 2 months of use. Now I am told that my product is back ordered with no clear answer of when I might recieve my replacement. I spent 150 dollars on a product that fails after 2 months and gives me a very nice headache to deal with not to mention the 25 dollar shipping charge to ship it back to corsair only to wait for how long? I would like to know how long corsair plans on making me wait, how long they intend to keep my computer offline, and keep me guessing as to when I may be graced with a 150 dollar product that may and hopefully will work and not fail, now. :evil: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
