Hi RAM GUY,

My case No is 171880, RMA No is 1010518.

According to courier tracking, shipment was received by Corsair on June 20, 2007.

I have contacted RMA dept via e-mail, but without satisfaction :confused:

I would be grateful if could check this and provide me with courier details if the new sticks were sent back to me.

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rma@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!

I am not sure if my language skills are enough, but it seems we are speaking different. RAM GUY, could you please ask someone at RMA to answer my question exactly. I want to know if my sticks (1 set, 2 sticks :biggrin: ) were replaced and, if so, tracking No.

I am trying to have information about my USD 700+ investment. Of course I mean 1 set (2 sticks) of 8888C4DF.

According to courier (http://www.tnt.com) the package was received by Corsair on June 20, 2007.

I am asking you to provide me with

1) Was 1 set (2 STICKS) replaced.

2) Was new set sent back to me

3) If it was sent, please provide me with courier company name and AWB (Shipment Air Waybill) so I could track the shipment at the courier website.

Thats all I want to know.

I have changed the information in the system to what you have provided. Instead of receiving 2 TWIN2X2048-8888C4DF I changed it to receiving 1 TWIN2X2048-8888C4DF. Thanks
