chris625 Posted June 26, 2007 Share Posted June 26, 2007 I had a problem with a set of RAM that i had for my laptop and went through the RMA process via the online form, received a response with an RMA number, printed out the shipping label and shipped back the memory. I shipped it out on March 30th and haven't heard anything since. I checked the forums here and read about some of the similar cases and emailed rma@corsairmemory on two separate occasions and haven't gotten any response from those either.
