Still waiting for return.....

I had a problem with a set of RAM that i had for my laptop and went through the RMA process via the online form, received a response with an RMA number, printed out the shipping label and shipped back the memory. I shipped it out on March 30th and haven't heard anything since. I checked the forums here and read about some of the similar cases and emailed rma@corsairmemory on two separate occasions and haven't gotten any response from those either. So Ram Guy can you help find out what's going on and when i can expect to get my replacement memory?

I am sorry we can no longer check RMA status in Tech Support; please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 or 510-657-8747 Ext “0” or send them an email (rma@corsairmemory.com) with your RMA# and ask them for the status!
