smithy666
Hi I am trying to upgrade the memory on an Asus P4S333 motherboard, but the Corsair configurator doesn't list this board. Can I use the VS512MB400 stick on this motherboard (manual says PC210/2700, but can PC3200 be used)? Thanks
Legend
Your probably safer going with the VS 333 Series. Some of these mobos have issues reading the spds off faster than designed RAM.
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted January 25, 2007 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 25, 2007 I would agree, VS1GB333 is probably the largest module you can use, but I would suggest getting the latest beta bios for the MB before you install them. And I would replace the modules you have now and load setup defaults and set the memory voltage to 2.7 Volts with the modules in slots 1-3 or 2-3.
