beli ninja
Have been using it for a month. Today, when I plugged it in to my computer it is shown as a Removable disk. Prior to this its label was displayed. I can't copy anything onto it, can't format in My Computer and the corsair's software is not started. EZRecover does not recognize it. Tried it on other usb ports and on a different computer. Any help?

beli ninja
Thanks for your previous answer. I'm waiting for my Voyager, they didn't have it the day a went to replace it. Should get it soon. Sadly, I have another problem. I have another Voyager 2GB (bought them the same day at the same shop). It worked fine until one day I tried to copy some files onto it. It displayed this error (attachment). I can format it with windows disk tools and Voyager utility, but only after I reconnect it. Ez recover recognizes it and I can format it, but when I plug it in again and try to copy something, after a few MB it displays the same message. As before, I tried it on 2 other computers (XP and Win2000). I'm using XP with SP2 (reinstalled it because I thought it would solve the problem), latest AV & Spyware software. Thank you in advance
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted November 6, 2006 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 6, 2006 Please try and format your Flash Voyager with Corsair EZ-Recover Utility. Please note; this will not recover Data; it’s made to recover the FAT table for the Flash drive. But First if you need to recover some data there are some third party utilities available that may help you if you have some data you need to recover from this site. If you still have problems, let’s get it replaced. Please use the RMA request found in TSXpress or follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
