aoganesyan
Hello, Ive recently purchased the flash drive in March of 06 at outpost.com Recently, the parts have been falling off. I have not used this drive no more than possibly 10 times. It just sits around and acts as a backup for my software and client files. The cap part, where the USB TIP is held, has torn off and the sauder melted I assume. I cannot access my drive, its broken, Outpost declined me of the 10 YR warranty stated on the box b/c I sent the box in for a rebate of $20. I have the original receipt and order #. What can I do to go about fixing this. I paid $140 when it jsut came out. Please help!

aoganesyan
Thank you! Can I get it replaced with another model? This one is poorly constructed and heat allows the product to literally melt. The anti-shock idea is good, but there is really no hard-casing. It breaks once u plugg it in. Also, should I include the neckstrap as well? THANK YOU FOR YOUR QUICK RESPONSE!!!!! A+++ SUPPORT!
