iluvala
I just bought the kit TWINX1024-3200C2PT about 2 weeks ago, one of the modules was DOA. So i get them back to warranty. I probably get my new Kit Back on the next week but i would want to ask: How i can set the Memory Voltage to 2.75V since my BIOS dont have that Feature. INTEL MOBOS are well knowed for lock all the Overcloking, FSB and voltage options. What it confuses me more is that i used ur Memory Guide and configurator and it told me that TWINX1024-3200C2PT was one of the best option for my system i think it was the best one, but since i can only have 2.6V on my Memory Voltage ( Saw that on Intel Website Mobo Specs ) Does i have any hope of getting that Kit Running perfectly without problems ? System Specs: CPU: Intel Prescott-2M 630 MOBO: Intel D915PGN PSU: Thermaltake W0070 430W GPU: XFX 6600GT RAM: Currently 4X256MB Kingston 333Mhz Thx For Ur Time and Help Sry for That Bad english im Mexican =)
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted August 2, 2006 Corsair Employee Share Posted August 2, 2006 It should run with that MB, but if you cant set the memory voltage you may not be able to run them at Cas 2-3-3-6.
iluvala
ThX for ur reply, Lets hope that it will run perfectly without problems at least in 3-6-6-8 400mhz, Anyways i think that CAS Latency and 400MHz is much better than the current memories im running now. Have u ever test or know of some1 that has running this Kit in a MOBO like mine ?
