rch4001
got a new Intel 865 board, but it wont post with my 2x256 3200ll. (Neither will 2 sticks of another brand hi performance memory) I assume its because the ram needs more volts to run at low latency - but cant adjust voltage on the intel board. sticks run fine dual channel at 2,2,2,5 on asus p4c800. Suggestions???
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted January 21, 2004 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 21, 2004 That would suggest there is some problem with the MB or CPU, especially if the hardware was working on another MB. I would go back to what you had as it would be a better performing MB. But you can try and reset the CMOS and see if that will post.
