camm Posted April 17, 2006 Share Posted April 17, 2006 Hi Not sure if this is covered by the lifetime warranty, so this looked like the best place to raise the query! I have a corsair USB flash memory stick. Functions perfectly (that's why i always buy corsair for my desktop, laptp and compact flash cards|!!!) however the loop at the top that attaches to my keyring has snapped off. camm Posted May 17, 2006 Author Share Posted May 17, 2006 ram guy don't get me wrong - i REALLY appreciate the fact that you accepted the rma on my 256mb USB memory stick for a faulty key fob attachment - but i received the replacement today and it's only a USB 128mb memory stick. I really don't want to send this back and then await a replacement - can you send me another 128mb usb stick to get me back to where i was? Thanks!
