tama-chan
Hello, I have a TWINX1024-3200C2PT pair of 512mo module. I bought them 3 months ago. They were running ok until now. Today, Windows (or linux btw) was keeping rebooting at startup, and when it booted, i quickly had a blue screen error and a reboot. So i've test the modules and it appears that one of them is faulty. I ran Memtest86+ with only one module at a time, the test repeated on all dimm sockets on the motherboard (asus a8n-sli premium). No matter which socket it is installed in, the faulty module doesn't pass Memtest86+ at all, i have ten of thousands errors. The good module passed the tests on both sockets. I did each test twice. I'm currently running my system with only the good module installed and it works fine. So, i definitely think that the other module is faulty and need to be replaced. My bios settings are 3-3-3-8 , 2T at normal voltage. No overclock of any parts. CPU and memory have always been running at default speed, never overclocked. Exept 2 hard drives, all my system was brought only 3 months ago.
