Bad RAM Module

I have a Corsair CMX512-3200C2 (XMS3200 512MB 400 MHz CL2 - XMS3202v2.2 0315043) module I have been using for the last 2½ year.

After experiencing several random bluescreens / restarts and random memory test fail messages starting the computer (counting the RAM three times) I reformatted my Windows XP. After installing I am still having those random bluescreens / restarts and random memory test fail messages. Then I ran memtest86 which after more than 15 hours of test gave me a bunch of errors.

Config is:

Abit Nf7s 2.0 with default settings and latest bios

Athlon XP 3200+ CPU no o/c

Radeon 9500 Graphics

Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 160 GB SATA HD

Antec Performance Plus AMG PLUS1080AMG case

The warrenty from my reseller, http://www.shg.dk has expired (2 years), do I RMA directly to Corsair?

Yours

Please set the Dim Voltage to 2.7X volts (+.2 Volts W/Giga-Byte) and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have, XMS2700C2 Cass 2-3-3-6 for example or if you have Value Select "BY SPD" and then test the module/'s one at a time with www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure.
