Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 2, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 2, 2006 Please set the Dim Voltage to 2.1 volts and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have, and then test the module/modules one at a time with www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 3, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 3, 2006 Those errors would suggest some other problem. Can you tell me the bios settings you have set for both CPU and memory and any performance settings that you may have set?

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 6, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 6, 2006 Your CPU is way to hot for being in the bios I would guess its close to 70 Deg C in windows. Please check the CPU fan is installed properly and you are using heat sink compound.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 17, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 17, 2006 That would suggest some other problem, I would go to http://www.microsoft.com/technet and search for that stop error and see what Microsoft says. Also do you have the memory voltage set to 2.1 Volts?
