Need RMA for a new 1 GB stick...

Hi, I purchased a 2 GB Memory Module Kit of Corsair Value Ram. I believe that one of the sticks are bad. I downloaded Memtest and tested each of the sticks in slot 1 of my Evga NF41 motherboard. One stick tested fine while the other had many errors. I set the Dram voltage to 2.75 as specified in several threads and tried looser timimgs to no avail on that one stick. I even upped the voltage to 2.80 volts and it would still fail Memtest.

Also, I was wondering if I did an RMA, do I have to send both sticks or just that one? I want to keep that one because I know it's good but will send both if I have to. I have a spare 512 laying around somewhere. I've seen the awesome support Corsair has and will continue to support you guys by buying your products. Thanks!

Please set the Dim Voltage to 2.7X volts (+.2 Volts W/Giga-Byte) and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have, XMS2700C2 Cass 2-3-3-6 for example or if you have Value Select "BY SPD" and then test the module/'s one at a time with www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure.
