Failed VS512MB400C3

My PC started producing blue screens and "STOP" errors. I fomatted the HDD but the problem continued during the windows installation process. I have used the MEMTEST86 utility to check the memory. It found several thousand errors.

 

I then replaced the memory and ran the MEMTEST86 utility and it found no errors. I conclude that this is a faulty memory module. Previously it had worked fine and no changes had been made to the system before the blue screens started appearing.

 

How do I return this module ?

You will get an email from our customer service with the RMA number and shipping instructions. But since you are in the UK I would try your reseller first and see if they help you. If they will not or cannot help then you would need to ship the drive back to us in the USA.
