JMB Posted November 30, 2005 Share Posted November 30, 2005 I've been using a pair of VS512MB400C3's in an Apple Power Mac G5 for about 18 months. In recent weeks i've been getting quite a few program crashes and system problems. Upon running the Apple Hardware Test CD, it reported the following errors. Basic Test: 2MEM/104/4:DIMM3/J14 Advanced Test: 2MEM/1/4:DIMM3/J14 DIMM3 slot contained one of the VS512's so I removed the pair and now the all the tests pass and the crashes have stopped.
