data77
My system has been running fine for 2.5 years but starting last week my system hangs when running some memory intensive apps and games started crashing. I believe I have a bad memory module because I took one of the modules out (I have 2x512) everything runs fine just slower now :( Memory Info (2 modules) CMX512-3500C2 XMS3502v1.1 024705 System Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe (nforce2 revision 1) 2x512 XMS3500 DIMMS AMD Athlon XP 2800+ Windows XP Pro Service Pack 2 ATI 9800 Pro Video Card BIOS Settings Memory Timings 5-2-2-2T (tried 6-3-3-2.5T but did not fix issue) FSB 166MHz Clock Multiplier 14 Anything else I can try? Or should I go ahead and RMA the module? Thanks, Nick

data77
Uping the voltage to v1.7 from v1.6 fixed the problem. Thanks for the help. Nick
