Yep, further to above, reverting to iCUE 4.32.129 is painless and immediately restores StreamDeck integration.

how do i revert to this version? I also use a streamdeck and the latest icue version just doesnt work with it anymore.

I was able to by pass time to setup lighting tutorial by using an older version of iCUE and then updating iCUE. My issue with Commander Core XT seems to just show up and than disappeared. I'm starting to think it might be malfunction. I ordered a new Commander Core XT to see if the issue persists.

Going to a previous version didn't help my issue, regardless of what version I was on. Issue still persist. Bought a new Commander Core XT and it worked as intended. So determined it was the Commander Core XT being faulty, first sign was I noticed it going from Commander Core XT USB to unidentified unknown USB device in device manager and USBDeview. RMA since I've only had this thing for about 7-8 months. I haven't found any other issues with the latest update besides unable to close tutorials.

this... happened here too. The Stream Deck iCUE plugin doesn't work anymore, saying it needs to be updated. Also, I remember having this problem in the past as well, solution was as mentioned: Corsair provided an updated version of the plugin and it worked.

Has anyone solved this ? or we just got to wait for Corsair to fix it ? So annoying

Nope - I posted about this over a week ago and I'm surprised nobody from Corsair appear to have acknowledged the issue by posting in this thread. I did find a topic posted in Elgato's Knowledge Base - Stream Deck 6.0 and Plugin Compatibility which speaks about plugin issues and a possible fix by rolling the Stream Deck software back to v5.3.3. I tried this and the answer I'm sorry to say is a big fat "No".

It appears that ICUE v4.33.138 has changed something internally preventing the current plugin (v1.2.105) for the Stream Deck from communicating correctly and (I assume in due time) the fix will be an updated plugin. Hope somebody internally is already busy working on this!

Part 2.

My temporary workaround (I only use the plugin for Lighting Link to go "Stealth Mode") is to create a new profile in ICUE and on any ICUE device software lighting create a layer and use "Lighting Link" static color of black (RGB 0,0,0). In my case, the same can be achieved by not adding any lighting effect layers to this new profile.

Now I can click on ICUE in the system tray and choose the profile I want (Stealth or my normal one).

Is there a way to backup the Murals section? Cuz I may want to revert back to 4.32 while they don't fix this, but I'm not sure iCue allows to install an older version over a newer one, so I might have to uninstall current iCue (4.33) before installing the older one and then I'm worried I'll lose my murals layout, which took a while to get just right, so... Any way to back it up?

So are you going to fix ICUE soon?  it really sucks that icue only detects my keyboard and my pump. it detects everyting sometimes for like 10 mins then nope.  and the whole ICUE failed to restart and failed to update k100´s getting old.

@Groove200, @duhjengs and others butting heads with the iCUE 4.33/Stream Deck incompatibility issue, the Elgato iCUE plugin has been updated today (or probably yesterday by time you read this). Hopefully your Stream Deck installation will update its plugin automatically (mine did) but if yours hasn't, uninstall the plugin then reinstall it, and all should be good. 1.2.125 is the version number of the new plugin. Stream Deck itself has an update available too - to 6.0.4.

Interestingly, the new Elgato plugin is *not* backwards compatible with iCUE 4.32 and earlier, so one suspects there is something fundamentally changed (or changing) about the way the Deck and iCUE interact - although there are no obvious differences (no Murals integration in the Deck, for example). Makes you wonder why the releasesof iCUE 4.33 and the updated Elgato plugin weren't done on the same day, given that the two companies are quite closely related. 😉 Presumably it *was* intended to be thus but gremlins of some sort got in the way.

Totally agree... must be a walled garden in action at Corsair.

Thanks for the confirmation that the recent update to the Elgato software has resolved your issues.  If anyone else that was experiencing similar issues can confirm, that would be great.

Can confirm that the updated Elgato ICUE plugin fixed the communication issue with ICUE 4.33.138 on both of my machines.

My ICUE is not coming in.

Strange, until yesterday it was working perfectly and is not booting with windows. I've tried reinstalling and the same problem persists.
Any solution to complete uninstall?

Is there any chance of ICUE showing GPU Memory Temperature for NVIDIA 40-series GPU's?  ICUE's displays a NVIDIA 30-series card's Memory Temperature as Temp #3.

ICUE temperature reporting for NVIDIA 40-series:

  • Temp #1 = GPU temperature,
  • Temp #2 = Hot Spot temperature, and
  • Not available = Memory temperature.

After played some games, the coolant temperature stop reading and stuck at one value leading to the fans that run using coolant temperature as source stay at high rpm and don't lower it speed. The problem can't be solved (even using restart ICUE service) unless I'm exit ICUE and open it again.

Intel Arc A770 still causes problems with cpu and board sensors. They do not appear in iCUE setup. Can only see Corsair RAM & Commander XT. Changing GPU to AMD or Nvidia the cpu and borad sensors reappear,  changeing back to A770 they disappear.

anyone who know a solution? It's very bad not have a cpu temperature to config the fans.
