Tostapane
Hi, yesterday I swapped my h100i Platinum SE for a h150i Elite Capellix. I have used the commander core included with the cooler to connect it to 6 fans. So the problems are: 1) Pump Led doesn't light up, not even before getting into windows 2) AIO isn't showing on iCue but the fans, commander core, rams and mobo are Every fan is working properly and I can change colors and speed oniCue. I have double checked the 20-something pin cable that goes from the pump to the commander and it's connected properly; in fact the pump seems to be "working", since CPU temps are low when idling (35-40 degrees) and the PC didn't shutdown after a couple of 3d Mark tests. So, to me, it seems like pump is working but isn't detected and doesn't light up, I think it might be bricked when arrived. I tried reinstalling iCue, removing any previous setting, but nothing changed; I tried resetting the BIOS but nothing changed. I wanted to try a "manual" flash following this guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjGa1D6Xx7E&ab_channel=QuantumAITech but I don't have any hex file, since the AIO has never showed up on iCue. (I would appreciate it a lot if someone with the same cooler can provide me his HEX file, so that I can try this solution too). Do you have any Idea of what I can try next? Am I missing something? Megatronpt
You are having similar behaviours to what many people are reporting. It seems that an iCUE update/firmware upgrade has damaged Commander Cores. Corsair will be sending me a new one...

Corsair Employee Corsair Notepad Posted January 25, 2023 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 25, 2023 Double check the USB connection and if possible try plugging the USB from the Commander Core into a different USB2.0 header on the motherboard. Thanks for replying! I tried but nothing changed. Also fans and commander are detected by iCue, I don't think that they would be if USB connection wasn't working properly

Is there any way that you can pass me an updated firmware so that I can flash it myself?
