AMD XP 2600+ (2,08GHz) >0.13< 333 FSB Tray

I sold my old pc to a dude and he wants 1 gig of the RAM I have

 

(Corsair Value Select PC3200 DDR400 CAS3.0)

 

Will to go with the mobo which is in the threadname ? Or won't it fit cause it's 333 FSB tray?

EDIT: What RAM would you advise for my new system (AMD64 3700+ SD, Asus A8V-E Deluxe, Sapphire Ati Radeon x850XT/PE PCI-E)? I have one gig of cas 2.5 Value select pc3200 (will that do?)

Should be fine, just he may need to manually set the memory Frequency at DDR333 so it's in sync with the CPU.
