Xandrika Posted September 26, 2022 Share Posted September 26, 2022 Hi, I've had a Virtuoso SE headset for about 1 year. It seems to no longer charge. If I leave it connected to USB it works, but the moment I remove the cable, the Headset flashes red and the battery gauge reports is is Critical battery level. I'd like to try and force a firmware update, but the option in iCUE is disabled. I can only "Browse Firmware". Could someone please provide me with a Firmware please?
