Ross Palmer
I installed the iCue H100i CPU fan about two months ago. It was working fine on my Linux OS when a couple days ago the fans started blinking red. I shut down the computer and when I restarted I received the "No CPU Fan" error. The lights and fans seem to still be working and I unplugged and re-plugged the CPU-FAN 3pin connector which still failed. I also tried plugging into the CPU-OPT with the same failing result. I had a good months use of your product but now have a brick of a PC. What is your recommendation on the next steps?
Ross Palmer
I also booted the machine with another fan plugged into the CPU-FAN slot and it booted successfully. This leads me to believe the issue is with the cooler specifically. Here is my motherboard if it helps: asus p8z77-v
