Mogimp Posted March 18, 2022 Share Posted March 18, 2022 I brought a Scimitar RGB Elite the other day and I'm having issues with it connecting to my pc and laptop. I keep getting the "unknown USB device" error. Tried it on a friends pc and it worked fine so I really have no idea what's going on. Any help would be appreciated. Corsair Employee Corsair Notepad Posted March 18, 2022 Corsair Employee Share Posted March 18, 2022 Make sure you are plugging it directly into a USB port on the physical IO panel of the motherboard and that you are not utilizing any sort of USB hub/switch of some kind. Beyond that you are going to have to make sure that your system's drivers and BIOS are fully updated. If the issue persists it would point to some sort of USB issue on your system as the mouse works without issues on your friends computer. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
