Tech support asked me to delete folders that didn't exist on my system. I am running Windows 10 64 - 10700K Z590 - any help would be appreciated. Corsair Employee Corsair Notepad Posted February 23, 2022 Corsair Employee Share Posted February 23, 2022 Make sure you are actually downloading the installer directly to a physical drive in your system and you are not trying to just run it as a temporary file or from a network drive. If that doesn't help try running the Windows System File Scanner tool to make sure that computer doesn't have any corrupt or missing system level files.
