How do I set the Gkeys to be Gkeys and not "A-Z" keys

I have a corsair K55 and i want to set the Gkeys to be their own keys for some of my games as they will be doing very similar functions but i don't want to set them to an "A-Z" key but i want to set them as G1-6 keys instead of another key.

A “G-key” is not a standard key and won’t be recognized by most games or other programs. You need to use it as a substitution remap. So if the in game function is C=Crouch and you want G6 to do this job, you map G6=C in CUE. This the only way to make them work. They must be assigned to do something else and have no native value.
