JDLSuper55
I got my system built and fired it up. Everything looks to be working fine except for the RGBs on the PUMP. I used one of the provided RGB LED hub cables that came with the commander pro to connect the pump rgbs to the command pro led slots(Since the cable was to short). I've tried both slots and nothing. the CPU block RGBs work just fine in either slot. Any ideas? I don't know how much of a deal I want to make out of it, as I have fluid in the system already and the wire isn't going to be easy to get to. I don't know if I have a bad cable extension or just bad RGBs.
Aalb75
you can exclude your extension cable if you try and connect it between your commander pro and your cpu block
c-attack
Since the pass through seems to work for the CPU block, that suggests the other elements in the chain are OK and the problem is likely at the pump LEDs themselves. Unfortunately there is no easy fix for that. I suggest you contact Corsair Support.
