Virus258 Posted June 15, 2021 Share Posted June 15, 2021 Hello need help with corsair virtuoso rgb wireless headset i have 2 problems 1, not sure what happened but myu headset in usb mode sounds worse than in wireless mode can someone help me with this ?? 2,after recent update even i charge my headsetr to full in 1 hours is says that the headset is critical low but its going for another 10 hours so so its a visual bug or something i think ,but can i fix this somehow??? thank you Virus Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Control Panel Programs and Features Right Click the iCUE software Select Repair Restart computer To soft reset your headset make sure your mic is plugged in: 1. Make sure your headset is currently unplugged. 2. Make sure your headset is powered on. 3. Hold the Mute button on the headset down for about 15 seconds. 4. Switch the headset to wired mode and then back to wireless mode. if this doesn't work Contact Support @ https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us They can help you with this issue.
