Sound problem with the void elite headset

Hello, I'm currently experiencing a problem with my void elite wireless headset, I can't hear very loud in the right earpiece. No clumsiness with the product, it's been 5 months that I have it in my possession, the only thing that happened was last night when I installed a new driver for my steering wheel and it's from this moment that the helmet to malfunction but I made a recovery of files to return to a state where it works but still nothing.

Can you help me?

Hi Ghitixe,

 

Would you mind trying a soft reset? Soft resetting a Void Pro headset can resolve various issues. To soft reset your headset:

 

  1. Make sure your headset is currently unplugged.
  2. Make sure your headset is powered on.
  3. Hold the Mute button on the headset down for about 15 seconds.
  4. Hold down the power button until the headset turns on.
  5. Test your headset and see if the issue is resolved.
