onequicktsi Posted May 3, 2005 Share Posted May 3, 2005 On load up I get a blue screen. When I remove the ram My computer runs fine. I tested the piece I thought was bad on all the ports and it did the same thing (blue screen) on every startup. I also ran memtest and it gave me errors in the testing process. My mobo is a: Asus a7v8x my processor is: Amd Athlon 2700+ 333fsbus Ram: corsair cmx512-2700c2 xms2702v1.2 0323024-28 (bad stick) Ram: corsair cmx512-2700c2 xms2702v2.1 ( good stick running currently) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
