ok_interested
i just bought a 1GB Flash Voyager and its rubber cap does not stay on, and just keeps falling off. its as if the slot in the cap for the usb connector is too big, thus not enough friction alows for it to remain in place. is this covered under warrenty? (keep in mind this is brand new) can you guys send me another cap? (perfereably one with a smaller slot, so that a tight fit allows for friction of the rubber cap keeps it on the usb connector) thanks.

ok_interested
thanks for the link. Since my actuall flash voyager is working and its only a new rubber cap that is required, i will just phone the number provided or send an email to the adress provided rather then going through a whole RMA process just to get a well fitting cap.
