hardimpact Posted April 25, 2005 Share Posted April 25, 2005 Hi, got a Asus K8V Deluxe Board an a pair of XMS3200 256MB 400Mhz CL2 ( CMX256A-3200C2 / XMS3202v3.1 / 0428029-1 I tested both modules single in bank 1 with memtest -> everything fine no problems - errors at all ( auto setting and 2,5/3/3/6 setting) but as soon as i have both modules in the bank ( 1+3 or 2+3) the memtest frezzes after 3minutes. Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted April 25, 2005 Corsair Employee Share Posted April 25, 2005 Please install the modules in slots 2-3 and set the Dim Voltage to 2.7 Volts and then test the system with http://www.memtest.org. But if the modules will run and pass http://www.memtest.org one up but not when installed together that would suggest some other problem.
