deoicl-imaging
I have two 512 modules on my computer. This systems has been working in the past. In the last couple of days, the system would hang during startup up to a point where the computer no longer POST. I remove both module and only installed one module at a time. I found that one of the module may have gone bad; the system works fine without it. I'm about to fill in the RMA request form but it seems I need two infos: 1 the Corsair memory module part number; there are three sets of stickers with number, how do I identify which is which? 2, a ticket number from the RAM Guy. deoicl-imaging
I have not gotten any kind of response for my request for an RMA. I've filled in the online form and had emailed warranty@corsairmemory.com on May 2nd with the rma_request.xls form and not even an email response or receipt acknowledgement has been made. What else do I need to do here to get a replacement ram? Thanks
