jp_johnpace Posted April 24, 2005 Share Posted April 24, 2005 I have just inserted my new TwinX1024-3200XLPro modules into a ASUS A8N-SLi Delux motherboard (all new) and the modules appear have 1 half of the LED's (left hand side) all lit up and the PC does not continue to boot. It has also re-booted itself, if left on for several minutes. I am checking settings within the BIOS, however, any experience or pointers would be greatfully recieved, as I am need to confirm whether in fact the memory is actually bad or not? Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted April 25, 2005 Corsair Employee Share Posted April 25, 2005 Please reset the bios and then load setup defaults and set the Dim Voltage to 2.8 Volts and test the modules one at a time with http://www.memtest.org to be sure. If you do find one is failing, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
