yessuz Posted October 8, 2020 Share Posted October 8, 2020 I am with laptop which has only USB 3.1 If I am connecting my Virtuoso rgb (white) via USB cable - it works fine. However, when I connect dongle to USB - nothing happens, and headset is not working in wireless mode. when switching to wireless, mic flashes red. there is no light coming from dongle - presume it is not working? what are my options? are there any ways to get new dongle?
