jharper34 Posted October 5, 2020 Share Posted October 5, 2020 Hello All, I am trying out the new K100 Keyboard. There seems to be a problem in iCue. On the "Dial Control" section of the app, I am able to add actions to the keyboard dial. Unfortunately I seem to be unable to remove the actions I've added. While I suppose I can just add a static number of actions and only activate the ones I need, I'd rather be able to remove and shorten the list as needed. The trashcan and duplicate action icons are grayed out so I seem to be stuck. This is only true for the Dial Control tool in iCue. I can add/remove actions to other devices. jharper34 Posted October 7, 2020 Author Share Posted October 7, 2020 Hello All, I discovered the issue. The software maintains a minimum number of dial control entries in iCue. I switch this keyboard between a work laptop and my home PC, and my work laptop has no dial entries for some reason. When I added 8 dial entries to iCue, I was able to start removing the entries with the 9th. Interesting software behavior. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
