dartmin Posted June 17, 2020 Share Posted June 17, 2020 Hi, i200 running great - but got a message that a device was not connecting at 3.0 - all cables and hubs are 3.0 or 3.1 - but hubs will not connect at 3.0 but default back to 2.0 - no matter which port. If out of the box updates applied and this issue arose, would you be able to try doing a Windows Reset to see if it helps? https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035770072-Reset-your-Corsair-One-PC Otherwise, you may need to contact Support so they can look further into it.
